How do I choose the right size?

Not sure which size or length to choose? You can find detailed sizing guides here to help you select the best fit. Size information is also available directly on each product page beneath the available options.

Do you create custom orders?

I may occasionally accept custom requests depending on the project and availability. Feel free to get in touch with your ideas and I’ll be happy to see if it’s possible.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is handcrafted using real botanicals and natural materials. Because of the nature of handmade pieces, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and details are expected. Small irregularities are part of the process and contribute to the unique character of each piece.

Please also keep in mind that colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.

Materials & Care

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are created using real preserved botanicals, eco-resin, 925 sterling silver, 999 fine silver, and 14kt gold-filled metals. These are high-quality and consciously sourced from trusted suppliers. More detailed information can be found here.

Are your pieces suitable for sensitive skin?

The metals used are nickel-free and lead-free, and are generally suitable for sensitive skin. However, as sensitivities can vary from person to person, individual reactions cannot be guaranteed.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To help preserve your piece, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, oils, and harsh chemicals. Store jewellery away from direct sunlight and humidity, and clean gently with a soft cloth. You can find more detailed care information on the Materials & Care page.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped and how long will delivery take?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know it has been received. Current pieces are ready to ship, so please allow approximately 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout and can be reviewed before payment is completed. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package along its journey.

Where do you ship?

We currently ships within the EU and selected international destinations. Available shipping locations will appear during checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations and package value. The customer is responsible for being aware of any charges. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. As regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do. Returns should be requested and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Unless an item arrives damaged or there has been an issue with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Rosa Alchimia is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
