Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Rosa Alchimia. Every order is prepared with care and thoughtfully packaged before beginning its journey to you.

Processing Times

Current Rosa Alchimia pieces are ready to ship. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment, which is done from my home studio in Munich - DE, but we will do our best to do it as fast as possible.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If future collections include made-to-order or custom pieces, any different processing times will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated during checkout and can be reviewed before payment is completed.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and may occasionally be affected by external factors such as: Holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations and package value. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

As regulations vary between countries, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Rosa Alchimia ships internationally (shipping to the United States is currently unavailable). If you experience any issues during checkout or cannot find your country at checkout, feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

Lost & Damaged Packages

All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely and are shipped with tracking information.

While Rosa Alchimia cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, theft or damage caused during transit, I will always do my best to help resolve any issues. If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please get in touch and I’ll assist in contacting the shipping carrier and investigating the issue.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us via email (hello@rosaalchimia.com) within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs so the issue can be assessed and resolved. If an issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.
