Refund Policy

At Rosa Alchimia, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention. I truly hope you love your jewellery, but if something is not quite right, I’ll do my best to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, please contact us through the contact form or by email (hello@rosaalchimia.com) with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return before sending anything back.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Include proof of purchase and order information

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Unless an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, if the courier charges me import taxes at delivery, I’ll have to send you the receipt for reimbursement. Thank you for understanding.

Original shipping charges and customs fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.

For your security, tracked shipping is strongly recommended, as Rosa Alchimia cannot be responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Sale items
• Earrings, for hygiene and health reasons, unless they arrive damaged or faulty

Because each piece is handcrafted using real botanicals and natural materials, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and small irregularities are considered part of the design and are not considered faults. Please consider all these before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs.

If an issue is confirmed, a replacement or full refund will be arranged, including any applicable shipping costs.

Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not offered.

If you would like a different item, size, or variation, please request a return following the process above and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive confirmation by email regarding the status of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

• Please note that approved refunds apply to the item value only and will be issued minus the original shipping costs (unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect)

• Rosa Alchimia reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if an item is returned showing signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what would reasonably occur when trying it on.
